Molecular Analysis For Halal Authentication

This module was written to assist students in understanding the basic concepts of molecular analysis for halal authentication. Centred on the fundamental aspects of molecular biology, explanation was developed in systematic sequences to guide the student in applying the knowledge, especially during the practical session. The module consists of two parts, theoretical aspects of molecular analysis and the practical parts where students should be able to learn and practice their laboratory skills in halal analysis.
